Shinhang Sea Rest Area

The Incheon Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries created the Shinhang Sea Rest Area in the Songdo-dong area, opening it to the public from June 2011 to the present. Despite being a military protection zone, the sea rest area was opened along with the construction of Incheon New Port to allow citizens to view the development of Incheon Port and the beauty of the West Sea while taking a break. It features a breakwater with a walking path and observation deck, rest areas, and a walking path with acupressure stones laid along the coastline.
