Why travelers stop here
A traditional market located in Gajwa-dong, Incheon, stretching in a straight line across a wide road. In the 1960s, a store called 'Geobuk Sanghoe' gained fame, forming a commercial district around it. The market was named Geobuk Market after the village name Geobuk-gol. Over about 30 years, merchants gathered one by one to form the market, and currently about 185 stores are in operation, with famous eateries such as old-style noodles, old-style hand-made jjajangmyeon, and vegetable hotteok. It is located near the Seoknam-dong Administrative Welfare Center, close to an automobile-related industrial complex and residential areas, so it is frequently used by busy office workers and residents. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Incheon Line 2 Seobu Women's Community Center Station.
