Gamoegol Rural Experience Village retains the generous and warm-hearted rural spirit. Visitors can experience various programs that allow them to see, hear, and enjoy rural life. The experience village consists of three villages: Todam right below Gwangjesan Mountain, Eommokjeong below it, and Sotaegol beyond Deoksiljae. It is located south of Gwangjesan Mountain, and the many place names with the character 'deok' (德, virtue), such as Deokjae and Deoksal, are interpreted as meaning that Gwangjesan Mountain widely relieves people with virtue. As the Green Rural Experience Village and the Farm Stay Village are linked together, it is a place where visitors can engage in rural experience activities and also stay overnight.
