Gosaek Newzeum

This is a remodeled wastewater treatment plant that was once an abandoned industrial facility, located within the Suwon Industrial Complex. 'Newzeum' is a compound word of 'New' and 'Museum,' meaning a complex cultural space that adds art to daily life. The exhibition hall is a representative space of Gosaek Newzeum where exhibitions and various events are held, allowing visitors to feel the traces of the wastewater treatment plant. The education room is a place for cultural lectures and educational programs, and it is a multi-purpose facility used for meetings, seminars, and various other purposes. Additionally, there is an archive where cultural books and magazines can be read. Furthermore, the Hwangguicheon walking trail is located nearby, allowing visitors to experience an atmosphere coexisting with nature.
