The total site area is approximately 980,000㎡, with a total length of 6,607m, 18 holes, par 72. It features a Lake Course and a Mountain Course. Designed by Jim Fazio, a designer of the top 100 golf courses in the United States, it is said to be easy for amateurs and difficult for professional golfers. Nearby golf courses include New Springville CC, Sunning Point CC, BVA Vista CC, and Deokpyeong CC.
