Daemyeong Fishing Spot

Daemyeong Fishing Spot is located at the foot of Sorisan Mountain on the border between Yangpyeong and Hongcheon, where clean water flows in year-round. It is a private fishing spot created solely for fishing, not for securing agricultural water. The water depth is about 2-3 meters, a flat area suitable for fishing. With a modest size of 9,900㎡ and 90 seats, it is a special species fishing spot that has everything except carp. In front of the management building, a rest room and sleeping room are available for free. The fish here are acclimatized in a self-operated breeding ground and released in large quantities. This is possible because the fish are brought in bulk through direct transactions with the fish farm, minimizing distribution margins. Fish are released daily, and the species released by day are as follows. About 100kg of fish are released at a time.
