S-Factory

S-Factory is located in Seongsu-dong, where the factory district that has been around since the 1980s and the unique spaces of young artists blend together stylishly, making it a new landmark in Seoul. After being designated as an 'Urban Regeneration Pilot District' in 2014, the handmade shoe street and factory area began attracting young cultural and artistic individuals, and the small cafes, restaurants, and workshops run by these young artists have formed a new landscape in Seongsu-dong. Currently, studios, offices, restaurants, cafes, pop-up stores, and more are gathered in one place, hosting various cultural events such as rentals, performances, and exhibitions.
