Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Nowon Lifelong Learning Center

Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Nowon Lifelong Learning Center opened as Junggye Library in 1990, serving as a public library. It was reorganized as Junggye Lifelong Learning Center on July 16, 1999, and renamed to Nowon Lifelong Learning Center in 2007. It connects and integrates local human and material resources, positioning itself as a lifelong learning center for the growth and development of individuals and communities, and as a vibrant hub of a practical community that creates value beyond collecting, providing, and accumulating information. Through open reading rooms and various lifelong learning classrooms, it connects and integrates knowledge and global information, serving as a space where lifelong education begins as a local learning community that shares useful information. It has a periodicals room where books can be borrowed, and as a lifelong learning center, it offers spaces such as lecture rooms, seminar rooms, and a reading discussion room for various learning activities.
