Cheonghwarang, which opened in 1987 in front of the Blue House in Jongno-gu, Seoul, with the goal of popularizing the art market, has planned and exhibited a variety of works. After moving to Cheongdam-dong in 1994, it has taken the lead in introducing Korean artists abroad by participating in major international art fairs, and has been discovering and nurturing new artists at domestic art fairs. Cheonghwarang handles works by artists ranging from seniors to mid-career and talented newcomers. It organizes regular exhibitions once a month and participates in events such as the Print Art Festival, Gallery Art Festival, Cheongdam Art Festival, and SIAF. It plans diverse and unique exhibitions, including curated exhibitions and invitational shows. Cheonghwarang is located 500 meters from Exit 8 of Cheongdam Station on Seoul Subway Line 7.
