Naju House

Naju House is a meat specialty restaurant located in Yeongdeok-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is famous for the kimchi and dried radish greens served with the meat. The aged kimchi, made using cabbage brought from Jeolla-do, is stored for a year, then the seasoning is washed off with water and mixed with perilla oil before being served. It is seasoned to be not sour and to suit the palate well. This kimchi is pan-fried and eaten with the meat, pairing very well with it.
