Neungrado Main Branch

A Pyongyang naengmyeon specialty restaurant located in Unjung-dong, Pangyo. It has branches in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, with the Pangyo branch being the main branch. From 2017 to 2019, it was selected as a North Korean restaurant in the Michelin Guide. The business name, Neungrado, is the name of an island in the Daedong River in Pyongyang, South Pyongan Province. The signature dish, Pyongyang naengmyeon, is a local food from the Pyongyang region made with noodles drawn from 100% pure buckwheat flour served in cold broth. All noodles at Neungrado are self-milled, and the food is served in heavy organic bowls. The Neungrado dedicated parking lot offers valet parking only, and payment must be made in cash or by bank transfer.
