The main menu of Ginkgo Garden is Neunge Ori Hanbang Baeksuk (herbal duck soup with cauliflower mushroom), and other dishes include Hwangto Gama Samgyeopsal (clay oven grilled pork belly) and Tongdak Bokkeumtang (spicy stir-fried chicken). The Neunge Ori Hanbang Baeksuk is boiled with over 10 types of herbal ingredients, eliminating the duck's characteristic gamey smell and offering a chewy texture that is excellent.
