Why travelers stop here
Galdo, located at the southwestern tip of Yokji-myeon, Tongyeong-si, has long been a beloved fishing spot for anglers, offering diverse large fish species by season. In spring, it is a place where rockfish anglers stay up all night, and in summer, it is a top-class fishing spot for red seabream, rock bream, and sea bass. From late autumn, it is known as a wintering ground for large black seabream. Located 45km in a straight line from Tongyeong, this southernmost island of Gyeongsangnam-do sees mainly rockfish in spring, and in summer and autumn, horned turban, rock bream, and sea bass are caught, while from December to March of the following year, black seabream is caught. * Location - Yokji-myeon, Tongyeong-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
