Gamgok Market (3rd, 8th)

A traditional market located in Wangjang-ri, Gamgok-myeon, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. During the Joseon Dynasty, Wangjang-ri in Geogok-myeon, Chungjumok, became today's Wangjang-ri, Gamgok-myeon, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. With the Cheongmicheon Stream as the boundary, the side of Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do is called Eumseong Janghowon, and the side of Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do is called Icheon Janghowon. In the past, due to the nature of the area where the market was held, Gamgok Market was also called Wangjang Market.
