Gosan Mugunghwa Auto Camping Site

Gosan Mugunghwa Auto Camping Site is a campground located at the entrance of Gosan Natural Recreation Forest, offering both auto camping and caravan facilities. Each site boasts a spacious area of 7m × 8m, and electricity is readily available. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Seoul, and within 1 hour from major cities such as Jeonju and Daejeon, providing good accessibility.

As the name suggests, many mugunghwa (Rose of Sharon) flowers are planted here. Visiting during the blooming season in summer allows you to enjoy a colorful array of fully bloomed mugunghwa. Additionally, there is a valley nearby where you can escape the heat and enjoy water play. In autumn, you can experience the charm of Gosan adorned with vibrant fall foliage, and there are chestnut trees behind the campsite, offering the fun of picking chestnuts. Gosan Mugunghwa Auto Camping Site also has plenty of attractions nearby, including the Mugunghwa Theme Botanical Garden, Eco Adventure, Military Park, Mangyeong River Aquatic Science Museum, Mugunghwa Variety Garden, and the recreation forest.
