As a library emphasizing global cultural concepts, it presents future visions to children through foreign fairy tales expressing diverse global lifestyles and cultures, a story room evoking Korea's traditional sentiments, a multi-story room, and a shadow picture story room. Inspired by the Mandae Pavilion of Byeongsan Confucian Academy, it has architectural significance similar to a hanok structure with a courtyard where one can walk barefoot. It is a beautiful library boasting wide windows, an interesting duplex structure, and a quaint palace-like building, operating as a happy space for children that effectively serves as a book playground.<br />* Opening date: June 28, 2007
