Goyang City Arts Center

Goyang City Arts Center is located in the same area as Goyang City Hall and Goyang City Council. It is a multi-cultural space with a total of 334 seats, opened in 1989. Through remodeling in 2020, it has improved convenience facilities and stage systems, serving as a medium to fill citizens' daily lives with art, making it a cultural arts space where citizens are the main agents. Rental applications can be submitted during the period set by the Goyang Cultural Foundation, and must be applied through the Goyang Cultural Foundation website (application is possible after registering as a member of Goyang City Arts Center). Applicants must submit a rental application form, performance plan, and a copy of their ID, and approval notifications are individually sent in writing (via fax or email). Rental fees are relatively inexpensive. This venue is usually not open and is only used when there are performances or events, primarily hosting various competitions, training sessions, lectures, and similar events.
