Dolminari Jip

Dolminari Jip is a restaurant located in Joan-myeon, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. One of the seasonal vegetables in spring is minari (water dropwort), and dolminari refers to wild minari that grows in fields. This place is situated along a bicycle path and is famous among cyclists as a popular restaurant. Its signature dish is minari jeon (water dropwort pancake), which releases a fragrant minari aroma as soon as it enters your mouth. It serves raw minari with chojang (vinegar chili sauce) as a basic side dish, allowing you to enjoy a fresher taste and texture than when eating it as a cooked dish. In addition to minari jeon, you can also taste various menu items such as janchi guksu (banquet noodles) and muk muchim (seasoned acorn jelly). Most dishes are affordable and generous in portion. There are also outdoor tables where you can enjoy delicious food along with the gentle spring breeze. Note that this place is closed during the winter season from November to February each year.
