Gwansan Restaurant

Naengmyeon (cold noodles) is generally a food of inland regions. Goheung is an area with many seas. However, the place where you can eat delicious naengmyeon even in Goheung is Gwansan Restaurant. Here, you will not hear words like mulnaeng, binaeng, hoe naengmyeon, Pyeongyang, or Hamheung at all. There are only regular mulnaeng and double servings. The naengmyeon consists of slightly black arrowroot noodles, purple cabbage, cucumber, and half an egg. Even though it is mulnaeng, no broth is visible. Only a lump of thin ice sprinkled with sesame powder is all. Now, all you have to do is gently mix until the ice melts. When you take a bite, all expectations you had with your eyes disappear. Unfortunately, it is not open from late autumn to early spring, so you must check before going.
