Daegu National Science Museum

Since its opening in 2013, the Daegu National Science Museum has faithfully served as a hub science museum encompassing the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, playing a role in spreading science and technology culture and popularizing science. To realize its vision of becoming a life-friendly science museum that leads the creation of a scientific culture, it aims to provide high-quality services that help local residents easily understand and be inspired by science through exhibitions, education, and events. It offers new attractions in line with the rapid changes in science and technology, and creates various experiential spaces where locals can enjoy science, making it an intimate neighborhood science museum and a life-friendly science museum that citizens can naturally enjoy.

Additionally, as it marks its 10th anniversary since opening, the Daegu National Science Museum is pursuing contributions to the spread of science culture based on its core operational strategies: creating the best customer experience for enjoying science, establishing a lifelong learning foundation and advancing science education content, leading science popularization through science culture events and strengthened cooperation activities, and innovating ESG management for the museum's sustainable growth.
