The A+ Festival for Culture and Arts of People with Disabilities is a festival that started in 2009 with the motto of Ability, Accessibility, and Activity of people with disabilities, aiming for people with and without disabilities to come together through Arts (All Together). It consists of various programs such as performances, exhibitions, citizen participation, and awareness improvement programs. This year, marking its 17th edition, the festival is held under the theme 'Brilliant,' which signifies the specialness blooming from the sparkle of difference and the moment when that specialness connects with each other's light, making everyone shine together. It takes place from September 23 for 28 days at various venues. At Boramae Park Multi-Purpose Stadium, from September 26 to 28, the opening ceremony and various performance programs involving artists with and without disabilities, as well as exhibitions, experience booths, and art markets, will be held. At Modu Art Theater, Modu Art Space, and Ieum Center, from September 23 for 26 days, various programs such as performances, exhibitions, and forums will be held at each venue.
