Deokso Natural History Museum academically displays an enormous collection of real specimens and fossils, including 5 authentic dinosaur fossils, over 500 other fossils, over 350 minerals, over 2,200 fish and shellfish, over 90 stuffed animals, over 1,200 insects, over 100 liquid-preserved specimens, and over 50 Cenozoic mammal skeletons, collected from over 30 countries around the world over a long period, with advice from experts in each field. In addition, a small ecological park has been created to raise birds, mammals, fish, etc., making it an educational site where children and adults alike can learn about and observe nature in a friendly manner.
