Dongrak Sikdang

Galnak-tang, made with Korean beef and octopus, is a specialty of Yeongam. The soup is made by simmering beef short ribs for 8 hours, then adding live octopus and boiling it briefly, resulting in a refreshing yet deep flavor. The octopus is brought directly from Musan mudflats by the owner and prepared fresh on the spot, ensuring a fresh taste. The live three-legged octopus is wrapped around chopsticks and eaten, offering an excellent chewy texture.
