Gangbuk Youth Festival Gangchu

The 2025 Gangbuk Youth Festival 'Gangchu' will be held as a meaningful venue that promotes the independent participation of youth and exchanges between various generations. Gangchu is a youth-centered festival where the youth generation and all generations communicate and harmonize. It will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the plaza of Seongshin Women's University Mia Unjeong Green Campus, located at 55 Dobong-ro 76-gil, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul (Mia-dong). Based on the slogan 'The value of togetherness, a festival for all of us,' this festival has planned various programs that connect the past and present, grounded in the 'retro' sentiment popular among youth. Major programs include experience booths where youth can directly participate, a 'Retro Playground' where retro games can be enjoyed, and stage performances. In particular, the stage program will feature a theme song performance composed by the youth planning team, youth club performances, a youth dance competition and awards ceremony, followed by performances by singers Woody and Punch. Additionally, a new program called 'Gangbuk Heroes' will be prepared to select the strongest mascot of Gangbuk-gu, allowing participants to engage in the process of selecting the best character of Gangbuk-gu through various missions. Alongside this, subsidiary programs such as food trucks, a food zone, a photo zone, and events linked to local markets will also be operated.
