Malgeun-gaeul Camping Site

Malgeun-gaeul Camping Site is located in Hasong-ri, Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It is about 33 km from Sangju City Hall. It is easily accessible by car via the Dangjin-Yeongdeok Expressway, exiting at Namsangju IC and then heading to Hwaseo IC. The travel time is around 30 minutes. The site is situated along a stream formed by water flowing down from a mountain valley, which is why it is named Malgeun-gaeul (Clear Stream) Camping Site. Many visitors come here to enjoy both water play and camping. The camping site has 23 general camping spots, including 18 crushed stone sites and 5 deck sites. Personal trailers and personal caravans are allowed, and small dogs are permitted on the premises. The camping site operates year-round, regardless of weekdays or weekends. Nearby, there is Jangak Falls, known for its cool water stream, making it easy to combine sightseeing. Heading toward Mungang Ssangryong Valley, there are many restaurants in operation, so you can enjoy your favorite food.
