Mulsarang Education Farm

Mulsarang Education Farm, located in a small village upstream of Jinyang Lake where the natural monument otter resides, has been established and operated to share basic agricultural knowledge with children. It aims to promote the importance of water, as well as the methods and types of natural purification of pollutants, through observation of aquatic plants such as sweet flag and white lotus, and migratory birds in Jinyang Lake including herons, mallards, and swans.

Mulsarang Education Farm operates steadily as a community enterprise for the local community. Based on a clean natural environment and abundant agricultural resources, it has established itself as an experiential social farm targeting socially vulnerable groups and dementia patients, offering activities such as vegetable garden cultivation, therapy using seasonal agricultural products, water therapy, linked activities with local senior schools and Gyeongsangnam-do Dementia Wide-Area Center, and care class activities for local children.
