The Min Byung-gal Plant Library is a specialized plant library located on the first floor of the Eco Healing Center at Cheollipo Arboretum. It opened on June 21, 2021, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founder's birth. As the first library in a private arboretum, it houses over 17,000 volumes in a 151.7㎡ space, including 10,400 specialized plant books, 3,200 reading books, and 3,400 rare books including the founder's plant management journals. Most of the books were collected by the founder Min Byung-gal, and the shelves are organized around books that were once kept in his personal library. It offers a special book journey with abundant overseas plant-related materials, rare resources such as the first plant encyclopedia published in Korean, and the plant management journals of the founder Min Byung-gal, who loved trees. Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, and admission is free. Address: 234-5 Cheollipo 1-gil, Sowon-myeon, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do
