Treasure Island Garlic Land

Treasure Island Garlic Land is the name of the nation's first garlic center established in Dajeong-ri, Idong-myeon, Namhae-gun. To restore the reputation of the famous Treasure Island Namhae garlic and differentiate it from other regions, approximately 2.6 billion won was invested to create a 2,275-pyeong site with a 310-pyeong, two-story building featuring research labs, a center, a reference room, and a plaza to showcase everything about garlic at a glance. Garlic Land aims to display all aspects of garlic, compile academic research data, and promote the excellence of Treasure Island Namhae garlic through empirical experiments and systematic garlic research. It is carefully designed to leap forward as a global research center for garlic, as well as to offer academic seminars and experiences of agricultural culture.<br>
