Destination briefing

Why travelers stop here

The Irija Hanbok Exhibition Hall displays various hanbok, embroidered tablecloths, and wedding items that contain the traces of first-generation hanbok master Irija. In particular, the patchwork bojagi (wrapping cloths) were cut and sewn by Irija herself, and they are not simply connected pieces of fabric but are made with thin cotton padding and quilting, showcasing the artisan's skill. On the third floor of the exhibition hall, miniature hanbok and traditional attire worn for occasions such as birth, weddings, and death are displayed, and one side is set up to allow visitors to see the room where Irija used to make hanbok.
