The signature menu is Hanwoo gopchang (beef tripe) filled with rich innards, and you can also taste grilled Hanwoo daechang (large intestine) and makchang (small intestine). After finishing the grill, the fried rice with diced radish kimchi on a hot plate is a popular side dish. The anchovy noodles with a light flavor are also famous.
