Holiday Tour supports booking, Chinese interpretation, transport, accommodation and connecting follow-up inquiries. The clinic is responsible for examination, judging suitability, explanation and consent, treatment and medical aftercare.
Consult first, then decide. The choice is yours. We support consultation bookings at clinics in your chosen field — dermatology & aesthetics, plastic surgery, ophthalmology or dentistry — and arrange Chinese interpretation during the agreed hours so you can ask the doctors questions and understand their explanations. After hearing the explanations, you choose whether to proceed and which clinic; consultation only, without any treatment, is fine.

Travel service fees
Coordination of two consultation bookings and the coordinator's scope; interpretation and vehicle (base hours, extra hours, night/holiday and extra trips shown separately); accommodation and flights (whether included, and change, extension and cancellation costs, shown separately).
Medical fees
Consultation, examination, procedure and follow-up fees follow each clinic's quote. Paying the clinic directly is recommended.
Optional programs
Third consultation support, sightseeing for companions, beauty experiences and similar items are shown separately.
This service covers service fees such as booking and interpretation only. Medical fees are settled separately with the clinic.

No obligation to have treatment
You can end after the consultation or postpone your decision to a later visit. No penalty or disadvantage applies because you did not choose a procedure.

Chinese-language support
Booking, interpretation during the medical consultation and relaying follow-up inquiries are supported. Available languages and hours are confirmed in advance.

Settled as notified
Booking, interpretation and vehicle services already provided, and the clinic's consultation and examination fees, are settled under the terms notified in advance.

Before you request
- Consultation and examination fees may apply even if you receive consultation only, and travel services already provided are charged as agreed.
- Whether a procedure or surgery is suitable is judged by the medical staff.
- Medical services are provided by the respective clinic; the medical contract and informed consent are made between you and the clinic. The travel agency does not guarantee medical judgments or treatment results.
- You may end after consultation only.
- Completing all two to three consultations on the same day is not guaranteed; they may be spread out depending on test preparation, clinic bookings and your condition. Any extended stay or change fees due to treatment or recovery are confirmed separately.
- If a clinic booking is not possible, we will substitute with your consent or handle it according to the confirmed cancellation and refund terms.
