Shinuiju Chapsal Sundae

Sinuju Chapssal Sundae has been operating in Cheongdam-dong since 1995. It is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The representative menu, Sundae Gukbap, uses homemade beef bone broth and sundae, ensuring no unpleasant smells and a cleaner, more savory soup. Depending on your preference, you can add salted shrimp for a white broth or seasoned minced spices for a different flavor. The sundae is filled with glutinous rice, offering a chewy texture. When ordering, basic side dishes include cubed radish kimchi (kkakdugi), seasoned radish strips (muchaengchae), salted shrimp, peppers and onions, salt, and ssamjang (wrapping sauce). The Sinuju Set Meal comes with sundae gukbap, boiled pork slices (suyuk), and sundae, providing a hearty meal.
