MUOKI

MUOKI, meaning 'oak' in a South African dialect, is a contemporary restaurant opened by Chef Park Mu-hyun, who has gained experience from around the world. He opened this place to offer dishes infused with his own style, presenting creative and delicate contemporary dining. The menu includes tomatoes cooked in seven ways, a carrot dessert made in five different styles, and a reinterpretation of Jeju-style galchi (beltfish) pumpkin soup in his own unique way.
