Why travelers stop here
Gaya Mil Naengmyeon Haemul Kalguksu is a milmyeon specialty restaurant run by the second generation. Located near the entrance of Bukhansanseong Fortress, it has long been loved by hikers. The noodles are freshly made upon order, and the portions are very generous. Although the noodles are made from wheat flour, they are not heavy to eat. The signature dishes include water milmyeon with a refreshing broth and sweet and sour bibim milmyeon. Other menu items include kongmilmyeon with a savory broth, haemul sonkalguksu loaded with seafood, haemul pajeon, and generously filled king mandu.
