The signature dish, gomtang, features a rich broth full of meat flavor, served with rice that has been rinsed in broth and generous portions of beef. Additionally, the refreshing taste of soettaeguk (cabbage heart soup), made by simmering savory doenjang (soybean paste) soup with sweet cabbage hearts, is also excellent.
