Seolnun

Seolnun is located near Exit 1 of Seocho Station on Subway Line 2. This restaurant is a traditional Pyongyang naengmyeon specialty shop that has been run by the same family for three generations, originating from the northern region. The interior is relatively spacious. Signature menu items include Goryeo mul naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth), Pyongyang onban (hot rice with chicken and vegetables), Pyongyang yukgaejang (spicy beef soup), and Goryeo bibim naengmyeon (spicy mixed cold noodles). Other menu items include hanwoo beef suyuk (boiled beef slices), pork pyeonyuk (pressed pork slices), nokdujeon (mung bean pancakes), and wangmandu (king-sized dumplings).
