Eommasun Kalguksu

Eommasun Kalguksu is located right in front of Exit 6 of Danggogae Station on Subway Line 4. The restaurant is in a residential alley near the station, and there is no separate parking lot. It is a very old, long-established eatery in the Danggogae Station area. Representative menu items include mandu jeongol (dumpling hot pot), kalguksu jeongol (noodle hot pot), and seokkeo jeongol (mixed hot pot), with the cost-effective seokkeo jeongol being particularly popular. The hot pot includes main ingredients along with mushrooms, bean sprouts, crown daisy, shrimp, and a plate of beef to flavor the broth. Other meal options include kalguksu (noodle soup), kal mandu (knife-cut dumplings), mandu-guk (dumpling soup), and jjin mandu (steamed dumplings). Nearby mountains Suraksan and Buramsan make it a great spot to visit after hiking.
