Madre is close to Exit 2 of Central Veterans Hospital Station on Subway Line 9. It has its own spacious parking lot, making it convenient to visit by car. Upon entering, a well-maintained garden unfolds. A large old pine tree enhances the atmosphere of the traditional Korean house made of yellow soil. Meals are served in an inner room decorated with yellow soil. The representative menu items include soy sauce marinated crab set meal, iron plate bulgogi set meal, and dried pollack set meal. Depending on the set meal, about 10 side dishes are served. Popular side menu items such as acorn jelly, mung bean pancake, potato pancake, and green onion pancake are also available as single items. Although it is a Korean set meal restaurant, it also operates a cafe so that guests can enjoy the unique relaxation of a traditional Korean house while drinking coffee or tea after the meal.
