The signature menu item, seolleongtang, uses broth that has been simmered for a long time. The seolleongtang is served with brisket, thin noodles, and green onions. You can choose to order it with a bowl of rice or thin noodles. Other menu items include oxtail soup boiled with jujubes and boiled pork slices. The side dishes provided are geotjeori (fresh kimchi), white kimchi, and kkakdugi (radish kimchi).
