Smunan Seongsu Gamjatang Annex

Smunan Seongsu Gamjatang is located on the Seongsu-dong Cafe Street near Exit 4 of Seongsu Station on Subway Line 2. It is well known as an old restaurant that has maintained its place in Seongsu-dong for 40 years. The restaurant is on the first floor of a three-story building, with an annex at the back. Inside, all tables are seated on the floor. It was introduced as a restaurant recognized by a star chef on a TV program that searches for hidden restaurants, and due to the high number of customers, there are often waiting times. Reservations are difficult, but takeout is available. If ordering takeout, there is a recommendation to eat within 2 hours. Nearby Seoul Forest allows for linked sightseeing.
