Jangsuwon is a restaurant specializing in Pyongyang naengmyeon (cold noodles) and bulgogi located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The Pyongyang naengmyeon is made with a broth combining meat stock and dongchimi (radish water kimchi), and buckwheat noodles freshly ground daily. After finishing the bulgogi, you can add buckwheat noodles to the remaining broth. Other menu items include suyuk (boiled pork slices), pyeonyuk (pressed pork slices), gukbap (rice soup), and mandu (dumplings). Near the restaurant, there are Dwitbeol Children's Park, Hemingway-gil, and Montmartre Park, making it a good place for a walk after a meal.
