Hyeonudong

Hyeonudong is a udon specialty restaurant and noodle factory operated by Chef Park Sang-hyeon, a master of udon who was already famous during the Samjeon-dong era. When you take a bite of the plump udon noodles, you can simultaneously enjoy the smooth yet chewy texture of the noodles and the subtle sweetness that spreads as you chew. The signature menu is the 'Tempura Bukkake' udon. The thick and springy noodles, along with the freshly fried crispy and fluffy tempura, create an exquisite harmony with the savory and delicate tsuyu.
