Inryang Huoguo

Inryang Huoguo is a hot pot specialty restaurant that first introduced in South Korea the snakehead fish hot pot, a traditional food from China's Yunnan Province, after long research and development. It offers thinly sliced snakehead fish sashimi so thin that the plate pattern is visible, snakehead fish meatballs, snakehead fish broth, and rare mushrooms such as Agaricus mushroom, stinkhorn mushroom, and lion's mane mushroom that cannot be found elsewhere, along with a total of over 60 menu items.
