[Century-Old Store] Seoncheonjip

This is a place where you can taste healthy Korean set meals made directly by the owner, who is from Seoncheon, North Pyeongan Province, using pollution-free ingredients. Since 1971, to maintain the taste of Pyeongan-do kimchi and sauces over the long years, the owner has kept about 30 jars at Namhansanseong Fortress and personally ferments sauces to continue the flavor. The signature menu is a Korean set meal served with 17 side dishes. From savory doenjang soup to clear and refreshing kimchi and various pickles, customers who have tasted the simple yet neat Pyeongan-do home-style meals have become regulars for decades, making it the most beloved Korean restaurant in Insa-dong.
