The tteokbokki has a moderately spicy flavor and includes bean sprouts and scallion strips. After finishing, the fried rice stir-fried in the remaining sauce is a delicacy. The pizza dough is made from scratch using only naturally fermented raw dough aged for 72 hours at low temperature. The fried items, which go well with tteokbokki, are fried in canola oil, making them crispier and nuttier.
