Prola is located near Gyeongsu Elementary School and Seongsam Children's Park, exit 3 of Seongsu Station on Seoul Subway Line 2, in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. No separate parking space is provided. The place is decorated with primary colors such as yellow, red, and green, with small potted plants placed throughout the store. Signature menu items include Truffle Parma and Espresso Tiramisu.
