Olheum

The first work of Chef Seo Ho-young, modern Korean fine dining Olheum is a pure Korean word meaning 'right, correct, honest', and is a place that always aims for right and honest food. It is a modern Korean dining that combines modern Korean cuisine to reinterpret Western food to suit Korean tastes, allowing diners to enjoy Western food more comfortably, and is designed so that guests can watch the delicate chefs cooking in the open kitchen. The menu here includes the Olheum Lunch, which has strong Korean characteristics, and the Olheum Dinner, which reinterprets Korean cuisine. Both course meals are composed of seasonal menus appropriate for each season, and are presented with great care in plating like works of art.
