Why travelers stop here
Rose Park is a neighborhood park located at the foot of Munhaksan Mountain in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Covering a total area of 102,443㎡, it offers a rich variety of sights centered on roses, the city flower of Incheon, and provides local residents with a space to enjoy diverse daily and leisure activities such as culture, relaxation, play, and exercise. Centered around the rose garden, seasonal displays of wildflowers and lotus flowers create a place full of colorful beauty and fragrance throughout all four seasons. The park preserves the forest of Munhaksan Mountain and the habitat of the narrow-mouthed toad, enhancing ecological functions and enabling nature learning experiences. Inside the park, there are children's playgrounds, an ecological learning center, exercise facilities, an outdoor stage, and walking trails. In May, when roses bloom, various colors and varieties of roses can be seen, and a rose festival is also held. There are architectural structures reminiscent of European gardens and rose vine paths. The stairs featuring a rose garden and a cool waterfall are popular as photo spots.
