Eoryujeonghang

인천광역시 강화군 삼산면 어류정길177번길 117

Destination briefing

Why travelers stop here

Eoryujeonghang is a small traditional fishing port at the southern tip of Seokmodo Island in Ganghwado Island. It is a port where about 110 people work on about 30 fishing boats, and it is famous for catching blue crabs, shrimp, butterfish, and banded catfish, especially for its salted shrimp. The roads are wide and close to Seoul, so it was once designated as a national fishing port, but now it is mainly visited by people who want to enjoy sea fishing. There is a seafood direct sales center, and parking and convenience facilities are well-equipped. With the opening of the Seokmo Bridge connecting Seokmodo and Ganghwado, outsiders visited for car camping, but now car camping and tent installation are prohibited. However, there is a pavilion called Eoryujeong around Eoryujeonghang where you can enjoy the sea view and relax.
