Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Baedari Art Stay 1930 is an art community space planned and created by Incheon Metropolitan City and operated in collaboration with Itda Space. It is a site imbued with the joys and sorrows of Koreans during the Japanese colonial period, and a historical product that attests to the desperate survival of refugees after the Korean War. This project aims to regenerate the Baedari inn alley, which contains modern culture from the 1930s to the 1950s, plant new seeds of culture, organically communicate and connect with local residents, establish itself as a local landmark, and serve as a foundation for culture and arts in Incheon Metropolitan City, while developing local culture and arts and creating a stay-type tourism hub.
